Are you interested in finding out if you have a pelvic floor issue? Incontinence issues?
We are so happy to host this informational workshop given by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Erin Samel. Topics that will be discussed include: basic anatomy of the pelvic, healthy function of the pelvic floor, relationship to diaphram and breathing, pregnancy/birth/postpartum effects on the pelvic floor and conversations on prolapse, pain, DPA and urinary incontinence, as well as lots lots more.
