Wearing Ways and Mini Dance Class

Co-hosted event with WOMB and Marimo as we demonstrate all the ways you can safely wear your baby and have baby wearing gear to try out. MARIMO will then conduct a Posies dance fitness class for all levels while moms/caretakers are wearing their babies.

About the event

Older children are welcome as well and can dance around with us. Those without a baby can also join in the dancing. The moves are created for adaptability and participants are able to modify as needed. A gentle stretch and cool down start and end the class.
