About the event

Displayed is only the first class, we will determine second class together as a group.

Part I: optimal fetal positioning, stages of labor, how to track contractions, what to do in early labor, and comfort measures during labor.

Part II: birth-planning and informed choice, having a doula, possible interventions, and what to expect in the immediate postpartum.

There will be a lot of hand-outs, time to practice different techniques and watch videos.

This class costs $30. (WOMB Initiative never wants anyone to feel like they can't attend becuase they can't pay. Please be honest and let us know if you are having a problem paying for classes. There are funds available).
