Mother the Mother Blessing Exchange

Inspired by the wisdom of Audre Lorde, who said, "For each of us as women, there is a deep place within, where hidden and growing our true spirit rises... The woman’s place of power within each of us…it is dark, it is ancient, and it is deep,” this evening is a ceremony to honor, celebrate, and bless the incredible journey of Motherhood and the wellspring of power within you.

Join us for an evening of gentle connection, tranquility, and mutual support:

• A Sanctuary for Your Soul: Immerse yourself in a relaxing atmosphere featuring calming music, healing aromatherapy, and the gentle light of candles.

• Share a Blessing: Please arrive prepared with a single, encouraging thought, poem, or song to share. This is our collective intention to bless and uplift one another.

• Hands-on Healing & Creativity: We will provide stations for quiet reflection and creative expression:

  • Herbal Oils for a luxurious, relaxing hand or foot massage.

  • Paper and Pens for those who wish to write down a personal blessing to exchange.

  • Supplies for the WOMB Community Motherhood Mural, inviting those who feel artistically inclined to contribute a visual blessing to our collective artwork.

Important Note on Childcare

To ensure a truly tranquil and safe environment for this candlelit ceremony with art and water elements, we kindly request that mobile children (crawling or walking) not be present.

However, we understand that finding reliable childcare can be a challenge. If you require accommodations for your little ones (nurslings and young children), please do not hesitate to reach out.
