Please come with stretchy, comfortable clothes. No exercise experience needed, but be ready to be on the floor and moving for this class. This is a functional/theraputic movement class based on the gross motor developmental milestones. It will teach how to promote beautiful motor development in children as well as adults because babies naturally and intuitively work out their bodies to achieve the strength, range of motion and postural stability needed to be a functional human being.
