About the event

Through a mindfulness approach, we'll explore how to stay calm in the midst of chaos, helpful tools for peaceful parenting, and how to strengthen the relationship with our children. Join our mindfulness coordinator and instructor, Kasii Oakley, in-person EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT at the Davies Memorial Library in Waterford, VT.
