👩🏽🏫 About your instructors
Lisa LaMountain

I’m an Advanced EMT and mother with a deep passion for supporting woman and families through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey. Originally from Chicago and now rooted in the North country of New Hampshire. I bring a heart-centered and clinical approach to my work, drawing from both specialized training and the real-life experiences that have shaped my own journey.
I strongly believe education equips families with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions so they can embrace childbirth with confidence.
My goal is to help woman feel seen, heard and supported every step of the way.

Heather LeFoll
I’m the founder and practitioner behind Two Hearts Healing. My life’s work is centered on helping individuals—particularly mothers and families—gently release trapped emotional baggage, clear inherited energetic blocks, and step into a life of profound alignment and peace.
My path to this healing space was paved through twenty years of staying home to raise and homeschool my seven children, alongside my deep calling as an experienced labor doula and prenatal mentor. It was at the birthing bedside where I truly witnessed how emotional blockages impact our physical reality, labor, and relationships. Today, as a certified Emotion Code™, Body Code™, and Belief Code™ practitioner, I combine that deep, hard-won maternal wisdom with trauma-informed energy healing to help women shorten, soften, and sweeten their path forward.
